By purchasing a consultation you agree that this purchase is nonrefundable and grants the purchaser (you) 3 iterations to create a final design and price estimate with the designer.

First iteration is the information and questionnaire on this site where you describe the project and pay for the service. The lead designer will then make a draft based on his interpretation of the information submitted. This is the first iteration. 

The second iteration is the live meeting between the customer (you) and the designer. This will last an hour (+/- 15 min) either online or in-person at a mutually agreed upon location and time. Re-schedules are limited to one-time, more than 24 hours before the initial set time and rescheduled at the designers discretion. This is the second iteration. 

The Third and final iteration given in this purchase is the final email/text/in-person presentation of the finalized design after the adjustments requested in the second iteration and submission of all digital products agreed upon on in previous iterations (A sketch PDF and/or 3D model) PLEASE NOTE: These 3D models are currently made in "blender" and are built to be compatible with that program. The file may be converted to other formats but there's a high likelihood that the design will require adjustments if converted to other formats. Once any file is sent it is within the ownership and responsibility of the customer (you) and any loss of data/corruption in solely the customers responsibility. This is the third and final iteration. Further iterations may require additional purchases or agreements. 

Files and products: We advise never altering the original file. Make a copy of the original, save it on an external drive or cloud backup service and only make edits to copies of the file. You may reach out to us for a new copy if issues arise but there is no guarantee that we have saved the file or can sent it again. 

There is no requirement to accept the estimate/purchase the custom piece. Further iterations after three will require an additional charge for each. Subject to our availability, all above valid for three months from purchase date.

If there are multiple reschedules or the three month period from purchase has passed without any scheduled meetings, the customer forfeits their purchase and will have to re-purchase to be eligible for the consultation. No refunds. The lead designer makes a commitment to preparing a design during the first iteration as so we cannot refund the time spent on any iteration. No partial refunds. 

The customer (you) is welcome to negotiate any issues with the designer to sort out anything not outlined in these terms or extenuating circumstances to the designer's sole discretion.
